Job Description for Careworker

Assist clients with mobility, including walking and using mobility aids
Support daily personal care tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Monitor health conditions and report changes to healthcare professionals
Administer medications under supervision (if allowed)
Perform light housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, organizing
Escort clients to appointments, errands, or social engagements
Follow individualized care plans for each client
Salary: JPY 132,670/month (₱48,000/month as of current rates)

Qualifications

At least a high school graduate
Willing to study Nihongo and pass JLPT N4/NAT 4Q or J-TEST
NCII Caregiving certificate is an advantage
No work experience required
Must be physically and mentally fit
No visible tattoos, as required by employer
