Job Description
As a Careworker, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients with mobility, including assistance with walking, transfers, and the use of mobility aids.WorkAbroad
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Preparing meals and providing assistance with feeding when necessary.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitoring health conditions and reporting any changes to medical professionals or family members.
- Administering prescribed medications under supervision, if permitted.
- Performing light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Accompanying clients to medical appointments, errands, or social activities.
- Following individualized care plans to ensure the well-being of clients.

Qualifications
- Experience: No prior work experience is required; both experienced and inexperienced applicants are welcome to apply.
- Education: At least a high school graduate.
- Language Proficiency: Willingness to study Nihongo and pass JLPT N4/NAT 4Q or J-TEST.
- Certifications: Possession of a Caregiving NCII certification is an advantage.
- Health Requirements: Physically and mentally fit to work.
- Other Requirements: Must have no tattoos, as per employer’s requirement.
