Bar Assistant Needed Cyprus 2025

Job Opportunity:

Prepare and stock the bar with necessary items such as glassware, garnishes, and mixers.
Ensure ice bins are filled and bar tools are cleaned and readily available.
Replenish supplies throughout the shift to maintain efficient service.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Educational requirement: Graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Other qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven local and international bar experience as a Bar Assistant or in a similar role.
- Good understanding of beverage preparation and service.
- TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificate in Customer Servicing.
- Strong basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Effective customer service skills with a commitment to high-quality food presentation and flavor.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
