Job Description

As a Careworker, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting clients with mobility, including assistance with walking, transfers, and the use of mobility aids.WorkAbroad
Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Preparing meals and providing assistance with feeding when necessary.
Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitoring health conditions and reporting any changes to medical professionals or family members.
Administering prescribed medications under supervision, if permitted.
Performing light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Accompanying clients to medical appointments, errands, or social activities.
Following individualized care plans to ensure the well-being of clients.

Qualifications

Experience: No prior work experience is required; both experienced and inexperienced applicants are welcome to apply.
Education: At least a high school graduate.
Language Proficiency: Willingness to study Nihongo and pass JLPT N4/NAT 4Q or J-TEST.
Certifications: Possession of a Caregiving NCII certification is an advantage.
Health Requirements: Physically and mentally fit to work.
Other Requirements: Must have no tattoos, as per employer’s requirement.
